Rebooting the machine does not help, trying all other solution does not help. Both my machines which were upgraded from Vista to Beta, to RC, to RTM just needed an uninstall and reinstall at each upgrade to work correctly. The recipe worked great for me today on Win 10.1151.

First it would seem the VPN connection is not set for split tunnel. Turning off Secure Boot in the BIOS worked but my desktop displaced Secure Boot problem in lower right corner.
