followed normal steps, including uninstall cisco software first (didn't have to reset network) and it worked perfectly...even remembered my stored vpn information! Some older routers/Wi-Fi do not work well with newer computers and Win 10. Updated the registry item as the post shows, and my VPN is now working again. Check This Out Chovija.!
